SHOW DESCRIPTION:
Wearing blonde wigs and glamorous gowns, Kristi King performs twenty songs and relates stories from the life of the legendary singer-actress Doris Day. She is accompanied by a quartet: piano, bass, drums and trumpet.
LENGTH: 80 minutes, can be presented in one set, or two, depending on situation. Also two complete shows can be performed in an evening.

Será, Sentimental Journey, Someone Like You, It’s Magic, With a Song in My Heart, A Guy Is a Guy, I Enjoy Being a Girl, Bewitched, Bothered and Bewildered, Lullaby of Broadway, Moonglow, Making Whoopee, Secret Love, Love Me or Leave Me, Teacher's Pet, Pillow Talk, Lover Come Back, Send Me No Flowers (MEDLEY), My Romance, Everybody Loves a Lover, Close Your Eyes, Perhaps, Perhaps, Perhaps, Meditation, If I Had My Life To Live Over/Let Me Call You Sweetheart, and reprise of Que Será. Será.
REQUIREMENTS: Standard stage set up for jazz quartet, including lighting and sound.
TOURING: Can travel with two to six people, depending on budget.*
RECOMMENDATION: "Kristi King premiered her Doris Day tribute show at my place (the Blackbird Bakery Café) on April 2 and it was a resounding success. I sold out a week before and could have sold more than double the number of seats. People loved it.
